Our Process
Design & Engineering
Our engineering department continuously works towards applying latest trends and technologies in engineering into our process. We work with 3D CAD modelling and FEA analysis software to generate machine designs with maximum rigidity and generous strength. Careful selection of materials is done keeping in mind the application of the component in the press.
Fabrication
Tested material is cut on European make CNC Plasma cutting machines. Edge preparations are made on the cut materials before welding to ensure maximum bond between the joining surfaces resulting in superior welding. After welding the structure goes through DP tests, Stress Relieving and Sandblasting before machining.
Hydraulics & Electricals
All the bought out parts for hydraulic power pack and the electrical panel are from reowned international manufacturers. Most commonly, for hydraulics we procure valves and pumps from Rexroth, Vickers and Yuken. PLC systems are sourced from Siemens, Mistubishi or Allen Bradly.
Assembly
Our company is equipped with 4 overhead cranes that can handle parts weighing up to 60 Tons. We have a team of expert engineers and technicians to supervise all stages of assembly as per drawings from the design department.
Trials & Testing
We also follow DIN & ISO Standards and JIS Grade 1 & Grade 2 Standards. Our Presses are CE certified (when required). All components are Calibrated on in-house CMM Calibration machine. Further test procedure are established to ensure that the press fully complies with the performance requirements of the customer. In case, tooling is not in our scope, the customer is encouraged to bring in the tooling for press trials.
